ARARAT is a symbol of the beginning of a new life, a symbol of open and noble people, a symbol of a free and hospitable country — Armenia.
Armenia is the heir to an ancient civilization and the cradle of wine growing and winemaking. It has a wonderfully rich cultural heritage, fertile nature, spiritual strength and traditions and talented people full of character. It was here, in the land of Ararat, that the union of natural generosity and creative energy gave new life to the brandy business. Today the legendary ARARAT brandy is rightly considered to be the pride of many generations and a global symbol of Armenia.
Visit to Armenia is a trip to the world where history and modernity intertwine, of which the Yerevan Brandy Company is an integral part. Back in 1887, the appearance of classic brandy production was a technological breakthrough and today it is hard to imagine visiting this country without having a glass of ARARAT brandy.
Therefore, the Yerevan Brandy Company is today the only producer of ARARAT brandies and is an obligatory stop for official delegations, artists and tourists from all over the world. The ARARAT Museum is located inside the walls of the monumental Yerevan Brandy Company building, which rises on the right bank of the Hrazdan River. This is where your acquaintance with beautiful Yerevan and the Legendary Armenian ARARAT brandy begins. From 9am to 8pm, 7 days a week, friendly guides conduct tours in Armenian, Russian, English, French and German. To immerse yourself in the centuries-old history of this noble drink and the secrets of modern production, you should taste two or three brandies from the ARARAT range.
